Auserve operates across Australia, in every state and every court jurisdiction. Our process servers can deliver all types of legal documents, including summons and complaints, divorce papers, family court documents, subpoenas, small claims court cases, order to show cause and more.
The process servers we engage with are highly experienced, with many having backgrounds in law enforcement or in the military. Our agents work 6 to 7 days a week including nights and weekends. This helps to ensure attempts are made to personally serve your documents at times when the recipient is likely to be home.
To book a process server, simply follow these 3 steps:

- 2 Fill out the request form with your details and upload your documents
- 3 Review your details and complete the payment checkout
Once you’ve completed the online form, you will receive an email confirming an agent has received your documents, and a PIN to log into your dashboard to view service updates.
